Same thing for me too, but the second to last time I tried to use these it did redeem even though I got the message. Best Buy should update these cards since it looks like Apple took this option away. I mainly used these for when the Yankees Friday Night Games were on Apple TV+. Those should be free in my opinion. Ted Lasso (since ended), and For All Mankind (great show you guys should watch it) were my favorite shows on it. When For All Mankind comes back for S4, I'll just subscribe in Dec. Not sure what I'll do next season for Yankees Friday Night Games, maybe I'll just watch a movie instead haha.

Best Buy says it's for new and previous customers but when you sign up with Apple it's for New customers only. So if you have had Applet TV+ before you won't be able to sign up.

I've had Apple TV since day one and only let it lapse after the jump to $10, but these 3 months activated just fine for me.
