Yes. I had a tcl tv and replaced it with the 75" hisense tv from Walmart. Both used this soundboard. When you get, hold down the reset on the sound bar for around 10 seconds. Then hold the home button down on the roku remote for around 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.

I have an old Insignia/Best Buy sound bar that i plug into my tv through optical. Would this be significant upgrade in terms of sound quality?

I have this in my poolroom connected to a TCL Roku tv and sounds very good. This is a great price as I paid $30 more back in August.

I've had this for about 2 years mounted directly to underside of the TCL 60". Definitely a huge upgrade from the tv speakers. As others have mentioned it works seamlessly with the TCL remote. Paid $100 I think.
