I'll sell you the $1 oem price earbuds for $150, the $5 oem watch that's typically doing nothing but re-displaying the phone info for $250, and voila!
I've not only sold you the $1000 phone, but also another $500 in upsells!

As for health, you'd think by the 9th GENERATION of some watches, the step, heart rate, and gps measurements would be very accurate.
