OP, have you actually confirmed you were able to order 1 with trade-in at this price? I think in other threads people were not able to recreate the deal. If so, which EPP/EDU do you have?

Their trade in is super easy. I've done it at least 10 times over the years and as long as the screen isn't cracked your value won't change from checkout value.

Best price I came up with is $690 after $1k trade in & $230 edu discount. This is what I paid around August after cb & all the discounts available at that time.

Price is $599 for the 256GB ATI & edu discount and not the $560 for the 512GB as posted.

The issue is more of FedEx taking the phone from the package and Samsung receiving an empty box.

BS. I sent in a mint ipad air 1 two months ago for a s23 trade in, and they claimed the back was cracked. But their pictures showed no damage. Had to spend over 30 minutes on phone to get it fixed.

That's the flip, not the fold
That thread calls out all the phones - Flip, Fold and S23 Ultra.

The specific post I linked to calls out the same 559.97 price for the 512GB Fold

Yea I traded in an iPad for tab s8+ last yr and they claimed the iPad was not reset to factory settings and was rejected. I called, told em i have a video being reset then being boxed up and the agent had to manually accept the trade. The 3rd party that samsung uses for trades is a total shit show....
