The $10 tier is great, but I would look into Gotham Knights and Back 4 Blood to see if it's worth the extra $5 to get those two games in the $15 tier.
This is an insane deal if you don't already own most of the games. If any of you can point us in the direction of a better deal we will be all over it.

How are the LOTR games?
If you liked Arkham, you'll probably love LOTR, Shadow of Mordor at least. Haven't tried the other.

Just wondering if any of them are good for handheld play.
Gotham knights felt like a Disney ride. You couldn't even jump freely. Just when you approached a jumping edge and it was done for you. I felt so limited that I didn't get through 10 minutes before uninstalling. It looked pretty.
I really wanted to like Back for Blood, but the simple fact that you couldn't play as the infected makes left 4 dead 2 a much better game.
Mad Max is one of those solid gems that got passed over because bigger releases came out around the same time. I'm usually not a big fan of open world sandbox games, but I played Mad Max from beginning to end. The vehicular combat really separated it from a lot of others in the genre.
Recently tried Batman: Arkham Asylum and it was WAY too scripted for my liking. Lots and lots of story and full of (basically) quicktime events. Claimed to be open world but to me felt like I was being led down a tunnel for 10 minutes of gameplay then 5 minutes of rendered cutscenes then 10 more minutes of gameplay leading to even more cutscenes etc. Gave that cycle 4+ hours before uninstalling. I think the other Arkham games are similar but more open world (according to reviews at least). If you love Batman, interactive movies, and the story in general this is probably for you.
Middle-earth : Shadow of War combat (99% of the game) was too formulaic too me. Enemy moves this way hit A, enemy lunges hit B, etc. (Batman: Arkham Asylum and Mad Max combat also very similar). You could almost write a macro to handle fights for you.
Now, all of the above are some of the most highly reviewed and regarded games in PC game history. So I'm probably just the oddball.
Back 4 Blood is a lot of fun but just play Left 4 Dead 2. Better in every way. Not a slam on Back 4 Blood.
In any case, it was a ground-breaking game when it came out. Of course there's going to be a minority that doesn't care for it, but it's highly reviewed and regarded for a reason. It's a modern classic.
