What would happen if I put regular coffee grounds in this machine, would coffee be terrible or the taste will match other coffee drip machine.

I would start by using Bustelo or LLave. If you want the best it's probably Illy, but Walmart carries Lavazza pre-ground too which is probably decent. https://www.walmart.com/search?q=espresso+coffee

It's funny because I did want to get that air fryer and I also saw the ninja 8 in 1 one, I was looking for a reason to buy the ninja and the new post of the air fryer people commenting the air fryer is junk so I got the ninja, I prefer ninja brand anyways. I don't need this but people need to do some research about this brand before spending money on it. Not saying this one is junk but to save you the headache better check

Interesting. The Kohl's version has a smaller water reservoir and weighs a couple pounds less FWIW.
