I bought this laptop deal from B&H Photo earlier this month for $2,099.00. I just emailed them and they agreed to refund me the difference after the price drop ($109.50 incl. tax).
EDIT: After the $1899 price drop, my 2nd price adjustment refund request was honored by B&H and I received another $109.50 refund!
Congrats! That's an excellent price, even for a certified refurbished item. Would you mind sharing the name of the vendor? BuyRefurbishedUS lists impressive deals every now and then, but those often sell out within days, if not hours.
This was the listing. It did sell out in hours, but they seem to restock some every so often. There was a 4090 variant that sold for an outstanding price of just $1749. You're able to stack an 8% coupon on them as well at the time, which is how I only paid $1628 after tax for mine.

For a limited time there was an 8% off coupon available on the listings for refurbished stuff, not sure if it's still going on.
But I will say one thing, the next laptop I get will be a certified refurbished from these guys. This thing looks and feels brand new. If you put this next to a new-in-box laptop, you would not be able to tell the difference. Carbon copy identical to a factory new one, I'm rather impressed.
For the price I paid I was worried that I would see some signs of use, even super minor, but this might as well been factory new. The only thing missing is the box, and maybe display cables, if it came with it, (only came with the A/C charger), but I'm perfectly fine without any.
Highly recommend these guys.

Can you please post the actual eBay seller? The link you posted just shows "item unavailable".

I purchased this laptop model recently, after using an M1 Macbook Pro (MBP) for maybe a year and a Dell Precision (biz line of the XPS) before that. The Legion is a powerful machine and maybe the nicest Windows laptop I've had. Some cons:
- The fans are LOUD. This is actualy an OK problem compared to my last Dell Precision/XPS that suffered from thermal throttling. However, I don't know if I ever even heard the fan (if it has one?) on the MPB and I find it distracting.
- The speakers are not great and neither is the mic array. They don't hold a candle to the MBP, but are as good as the Dell.
- It's heavy. Definitely heavier than the Dell, and maybe as heavy/heavier than the MBP. It was fine with me, but some may care about that.
- The battery life is meh. It's the largest battery allowed by whatever the agency is that regulates those things, but I can get maybe 3 hours on battery, compared to 4-6 on the MBP.
- There's a fair amount of BS apps installed. It took me a few days to get everything removed.
The screen and keyboard are nice. At least compared to the Dell.
If you need a powerful Windows machine, this one is pretty great. I certainly don't regret it.

Wow that's a helluva deal. I would of just gone for 4080 if I got that deal.
Does that seller do Price adjustments?
Have no idea, probably not.
