At this price, its hard to get value out of it. Blackout dates are insane, available dates outside of blackout are also minimal, and you still have fees around $50 rt.

Check out Reddit and google for customers experiences. Or read the class action lawsuits about the advertising misrepresentation.

I never flown with this airline before. How is it compare to other airlines?

Horrible, probably the worst airline out there. Had them cancel my flight the day before a wedding and they won't let you fly standby on the next available flight.

I've used this before, it's alright but can sometimes be annoying. Works if you need to visit family quickly or want to travel on a whim, but make sure to cancel auto renewal.

Before anyone buys this, I want to give one piece of perspective. I've been using this pass for several months now. I won't be renewing, but I honestly have zero complaints. Instead, I want to describe how the pass is for a very specific passenger.
You need to be a true free-spirited traveler:
1) Someone whose income does not depend on being at a specific time or place. Do you need to be in the office by Monday? DON'T get this pass.
2) Someone who truly enjoys the (good and bad) quirks of travel. Do you consider overnight layovers at Denver airport to be inconveniences, rather than adventures/memories? DON'T get this pass.
3) Someone who is a minimalist and just likes to wander the world in a bare bones way. Do you need to check 2 bags and eat bags of pretzels and coke on the plane? DON'T get this pass.
4) Someone who enjoys traveling to non-specific places, with no plans, based on what's available. Are you trying to get from point A to a very specific point B to attend a very specific event by a very specific date? DON'T get this pass (there's many blackout dates).

$500 is ABSURDLY cheap for the opportunity to explore new places with little planning or direction of where you'll go. But if you're trying to schedule a specific destination vacation, or trying to get discounted flights to attend a coference/wedding, then don't get this pass.
