Hoka's on sale is the first real sign that I've seen that a recession is upon us. I remember Christmas of 2008 when the stores were slashing prices by 70% in the weeks after Black Friday. Even stores that historically never had sales.

The Clifton 9's are $145 so it feels a little sneaky of them saying the Clifton 8's are on sale for $111.99 instead of the regular price of $140, obviously they're on sale because they are an older model.

The Rincon 3's have been out since August 2021, it's about time they have sale to make way for new 4's set to come out in Feb.

I tried the Bondi's (can't remember if 3 or 4) for long days standing at work and they ended up hurting my feet more (wide feet high arches).

I have been searching for another option and the Clifton's have been on my radar. Can anyone vouch for 12+ hours of standing comfort?

I had a pair of Bondi 6, and put maybe 150 miles on them and wore a hole through the mesh to the right of the toe. I've never done that with my Nike, Saucony, or Adidas running shoes that have more miles. I'd like to try another pair but just wondering how others have found their durability.

A few models are older in this limited sale. Not all varities are included. Things like the Bondi X, which wouldn't sell in volume, are discounted, but the 8s are not. Hoka always has sales for the holidays and all manufacturers will start to discount the outgoing shoe line.

lol I dont get how people are liking this post, never bought Hokas NOT on sale,
both here in the US and in Europe where they admittedly have typically much better sales than here.
