These are nice for placing a few hand tools on with a terry cloth scrap to lay them on. Then move it around as a job happens... everything is contained and not messy.

These smaller sizes are excellent for meal prep portioning and cooking, squeezing more into an already on and cooking oven and perfect for use in toaster ovens (think of cooking a chicken breast chicken not something self contained like pastries).

I'd just go with a 2-pack of half-sheet pans for about that price unless I really wanted the smaller options.

Miss the days when the 2 pack of Nordic half sheets (with covers) was $12.. either at Costco or BJ's. In other news, the high sided half sheet is great for cooking meals without worrying about spills.

If anyone is fortunate enough to live near a Business costco, they have amazing prices on cookware like baking sheets and thermometers.

Last year around Christmas they also had baking sheets for cheap. Large, medium, and small. All of which were aluminum as well.

These dropped to this price back during the summer, and have pretty consistently stayed there. I grabbed 4 of them back then. They're obviously very small for baking tasks, but they're actually very nice as little trays to help keep everything in the kitchen organized while cooking - especially if you've got to prep for a big meal with multiple dishes.

The 1/4 and 1/8 pans are great in my countertop Breville oven. I have a bunch of them that I got at Walmart. The Walmart app shows they have the Mainstays Gold sheets in 1/4 size for $4.97. They don't have the Mainstays Gold in 1/8 size however. The Mainstays are made in the USA, and I believe Nordicware are as well. If you need 1/8 size, buy these. If you need 1/4 or 1/2 sheet size, buy the Mainstays from WMT.

Sams does as well. The knives at Sam's are dirt cheap but are fantastic.
