It looks like a few may have got it to work early on but I wonder if XM will pull their statement credits if they catch on? All the recent reports I've read say no go on the sim swap (even at the Xfinity store).
Anyone have any luck with this recently?
Then I placed order again after clearing all Cookies. Order went through and got an email for ID verification Steps. I have finished those steps. Then got another email saying Internet service is not active. They couldn't find XM order under my account even though I gave them Order number.
Called Customer service and spent 2hrs and they couldn't figure out whats going on and they asked me to place another order.
Later tried to place another order but code didn't work with error code was already used.
