Can someone walk me through this? I select trade in but it's saying it's going to pay out the gift card and promo 20% after appraisal.

No. You get gift card and 20% off immediately which can be used on this echo show 8. I just tried,it works. But I assume the gift card and 20%off might be void if appraisal did not pass?
