The Artis 9X is still live at 100 but the mic picks up screen touches as scratching noise. Not suitable for mobile gaming.

Q about the chatmix, does it have to be chat from a different VoIP client like discord, or do games somehow differentiate in-game team chat such that this is able to alter in-game chat volume as well.

I own the arctis pro + gamedac, IF the usb chatmix works the same as the gamedac, it creates a second audio device on your computer, and you assign the audio out of a client (or any audio source in windows to that device). Then the dial turn to left lowers one, or the right lowers the other. It works flawlessly with the gamedac, but I don't own the chatmix usb device. Audio from within a game client may not be able to be separated, and that may be a part of the design of the game client. I don't use XBOX or Playstation at all fyi.
