edit: nvm looks like particleboard and fiberboard except for the inside legs

Anything made of real wood at IKEA will make a major point of it in the item title. More likely to find stuff that's bamboo though

Do these type of pieces come in full bedroom suites? Like bed frame, end tables etc?

Moved into my new house almost 3 years ago and I'm still sleeping on a mattress on the ground. Been meaning to get this addressed but it's so much easier to just collapse onto the bed than have to climb into one.
