I bought two sets of these the last time they dropped to this point so I will share my thoughts.

These were super easy to install. I dread climbing up on the ladder and roof to throw lights up so to do this one and utilize the 3M tape and included clips were a dream. Time will tell how long the tape holds but I'm in Vermont and it's already been fairly cold.

The power supply is a little bit of a bummer as it's not weather rated at all. Lucky for me I have an enclosed porch and the power brick will sit up in the rafters but for those who don't have that convenience, you may have to purchase a plastic enclosure off Amazon to keep it out of the elements.

The extension cord to reach the second floor (11ft if I remember correctly) was no where near long enough for my house. I ended up using a second extension cord from the second set I bought and while it does work, bright white flickers for whatever reason so it's not recommended to go past the provided length overall.

The lights at night look amazing, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the AI function. You can explain kind of what you are looking for them to do and it will replicate it as best as it can.

Overall it's not a perfect product but I really love them and my house definitely stands out on the block. Hopefully they will introduce different size kits or add one down the road similar to Govee

The biggest difference IMO is that Eufy's has a dedicated warm white. The Govee does not (unless you go with their significantly more expensive newly-launched Pro version). I'm personally not a fan of RGB white.

Just ordered these on amazon and will arrive tomorrow. Once I get them installed I will try to post my impression of these lights. I chose these over the Govee ones because i have several of the eufy outdoor security cameras and doorbell camera and really like the products, and the fact you can link these lights to the security cameras is kind of a nice feature. I watched a youtube video review on these and was pretty impressed with the customization options and the AI integration..hopefully these will not disappoint!

I saw a YouTube video of this and other ones compared (I believe it was on channel TheHookUp) and these (and others) seem to support WLED if that's your thing.

edit: It's the video that killershroom posted right above this post: https://youtu.be/DM-VhGarNgM?si=je7ihkui3LgslBul

And bought and installed this a month ago for $212 (including taxes in MA). My house is a 3 story house and this had to get someone to install it since I don't have a ladder long enough to get to the eaves.

The lights are awesome. I used the tape as well as the clips provided to keep the wire lined up.

The lights look great at night and have modes for specific days which I think is a nice touch.

Anyone have good options for additional permanent clips? I believe the kit only comes with 35.

I bought these at Sam's Club a few weeks ago for 229. They are great so far, super easy to put up and stay hidden pretty well when not turned on.

I know this isn't the exact use case for these, but I'm wondering if I could use these for mood lighting in my apartment.

Guessing these won't work with eaves that have holes in them for the air to flow over the house?
