Also this is a better deal than the older gen that was front page last week - 7640HS vs 7735HS - 4nm vs 6nm - better graphics Zen4 vs Zen 3+, higher clock AMD Radeon 760M vs 680M

Much better mini pc with better ports etc.

No PC knowledge here. Is this good for a 10 year old who wants to play Fortnite, Minecraft and Roblox? Trying to get a PC and keep it relatively under $500

I'm guessing at this price it's no longer that great of a deal? Was looking for something like this but sub 500 total. I'll wait till the next year Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal then lol.
Its still there - switch to the UM760 PRO

I'm not sure if this would fit my basic home office requirement under $500. Is there any link to the 32G ram and 2T SSD? or any good suggestion?
Thanks ahead!

Yeah, that's what I selected. But Ah I think the price $389 with the $30 off coupon code is just for the barebone without the RAM and SSD? From the OP I thought that's the price with the specs included.

on aliexpress you can get the 7840HS with the 12CU on the APU and 8c16t instead of 6c12t for 350usd with aliexpress' 100 off 500 coupon from 11/11. No time machine but I bet they'll do something similar for Christmas.
Link so I can bookmark it.

Here is a Passmark PerformanceTest results page:
https://www.passmark.com/baseline...6645765306

Using newest UEFI firmware 1.09.

"Kill A Watt" device shows power consumption from the wall:
Idle can reach as low as 6 watts if I disconnect the monitor.
Stress testing with Prime95 and Furmark peaked at 94 watts.

Slickdeals does not allow links to aliexpress. I've been warned for it before. I bought from the KingNovyPC store, the 7840HS model. It comes in purple even though the pictures don't indicate that.
