I was just able to place an order in person at a Best Buy store to have a LG OLED OLED83C2PUA delivered to my home for $2699 plus tax. The TV does not have to be in stock at the store to order it.
I decided to go with Best Buy since they are offering two year no interest financing. I'm also a Best Buy Total member so I receive a free BB Protection Plan on the TV for a few years as long as I maintain my membership.
Please note the website price is $3959.99, but in-store when I asked them to lookup the SKU 6501488 at a register they stated it was $2699.99 plus tax with free delivery.
I believe if you go to the link I posted above and enter your zip code and if the website shows delivery is available then you should be able to replicate the deal in person at a Best Buy.
I haven't heard what any recently accepted urlhasbeenblocked offers have been for the C3, so if you don't care about the financing or are not a best buy total member and want to pay a bit extra for the C3 urlhasbeenblocked might be a better choice for you.
Don't forget to check open-box stock in your area as well if you want a chance at finding the tv even cheaper and are ok with open-box.

"Order now, pick up on Tue, Nov 21"
Would this indicate that I could possibly get in on the deal? Thanks in advance

When you go to the link I posted you should see an Availability section on the right, look for the Delivery option and see if it says something like "Get it by Sat, Nov 25".
