I'd say find a refurbed/used rev 2 of the original PSVR for cheap is a better use of your money if you want to try Playstation VR. Not only does Original PSVR have waaaaaaay more actual physical games available used for dirt cheap (PSVR2 unforgiveably has like 1 physical title that i can recall) , the exclusive library of Original PSVR titles is way more vast and most have not been brought over to PSVR2.

I think the Quest 3 is a great device also. Would be a great purchase also. Never tried it.
RE8 is also a full video game in VR, and it's done really well. The environment makes me feel like the original RE in Spencer Mansion, and seeing it in VR is amazing. The shooting is also really realistic and cool. One thing that people don't realize is you have to get your VR legs when you first use VR, b/c your brain isn't used to moving in VR space. Using a fan overhead to move air, and also stopping when you start to get nauseous all help. You build it up over time, let brain get used to VR space.
I also really like Creed, it's not on sale but it's a great workout, like a serious workout. I'll be sore for 2-3 days, especially when playing online. My gripe is you can't save in the single player game mode, so you get super sore and can't finish the game.
I thought Horizon Call of the Mountain was really boring, didn't like this game at all. The climbing mechanics are boring and there isn't much freedom in the game. The shooting arrows isn't very fun to me either. Story is non-existent. Graphics are nice, but gameplay is what kills it for me.
Anyone try Red Matter 2? That will be the next one I try.
For those on the fence, Squadrons is an unbelievable experience, especially on the PS5 using the PSVR and a HOTAS. Totally immersive. I am still working my way up to being able to play it without getting dizzy but it is truly magnificent.
GT7 is a great beginner game that can ramp up in skill but super accessible and can play in non VR. It's also the only game that has caused me motion sickness on hilly tracks. I like because you can sit in chair and play with standard dual sense controller. Highly recommend.
Moss games are just beautiful and feels like you are dropped into a fantasy diorama. The 3D look is amazing and great fun game.
Walking Dead games are very immersive and the intro floating on a boat through a swamp was really cool.
I got Red Matter 2 and only played first 30 minutes and I heard 2 does not have a horror vibe like first one. Feels like walking in a different place. Gave me Prey/Bioshock vibes a bit.
I haven't tried my Resident Evil Evil games yet in VR.

I also spent $50 for the shifter, I really like the shifter addition since I used to drive a stick and missed it. I also got an Omega GT mount, and use my own chair, the mount of some kind is a must or else it won't work well.
Slightly off topic (not on sale), similar opinion for Paper Beast: liked it a lot, but short, but definitely worth the small fee upgrade from the psvr1 version that was free a while ago
If anyone ever tells you VR is dead, you have the software to thank for that.
