These pens work great for awhile, then they start skipping badly. I think they dry out if you don't use them fast enough after taking the little round seal off.

These pens work great for awhile, then they start skipping badly. I think they dry out if you don't use them fast enough after taking the little round seal off.

This is correct.
I got several of these sets a few years back on Staples or OD deal and they didn't work after the first few months.
