I bought it at Walmart at this price point just now. Comes out to $408 using my Walmart Capital One card. If a better deal comes up in the next month or so, I'll return it. I don't have a Target or Best Buy, so this is the best deal I can get at the moment without any return hassles.

(your costs you calculate are off. The loss is not the same 3 years into the build cycle as it was initially, and where do you get 275 for store upgrades??)
