I have never received the 15/50 BC unless I used the 15/50 coupon in store before they finalize. Alternately, you can contact customer service and they will give it to you. Often things are oos though so it can get tricky. I often go to store and make sure there's stock and do order there.
Sometimes the digitals come off at register but most often they don't if the cart isn't picking them up, customer service will also reimburse this.
No, pretty sure you can't switch to BC when picking up if it's not checked in cart online.
Best pickup options are the buy deals (buy 2 get 5bc), the spend deals are all based on after promo codes in cart.

I agree with ahershy. This has been a good week. Not an easy one but there are lots of deals to do and there's been good stock of the things that I wanted. The week has gone much better than expected. It's not as good as past BF's but how could it be? RA is in Chapter 11. We're lucky to have stores open and merchandise coming in.
Do your guys mind giving some quick examples? I have some BC expiring but could not find any good deals. Thanks. PS. I am not interested in any soda/candy deals.

I would look at Cetaphil, Revlon hair, Duracell, Zegerid, clearance Sally Hansen nail polish, and Red Bull/Monster. The math works out really well for doing a Duracell/Red Bull deal. You should be able to find some videos on YT that explain how to do the deals.

Usually you always have to pay tax online, or is it tax free stuff? Did you use L2C coupons? Can't think of anything else that would have messed it up. Hopefully it comes through

I just looked up Wedderspoon because I have no idea what it is. I still don't. I'm not sure if it's candy or a cough drop lol. My stores have been very slow so shopping in-person is a good option if your stores haven't closed. Sorry that you guys are having trouble online. I've only done one online order with RA which was years ago and everything was fine. With how screwed up things can be in the store, online would be too much of a challenge for me.

I'm wondering the same, but honestly I was just too irritated with the whole online shopping experience to give it another go. I doubt I'll see the BC from my first two orders Mad
