I have one of these in white, which I got for something like $13.50 last holiday season. They are good little cheap mini heaters. The fan is not super quiet, but it's not too loud either.
I like the minimalist squareish design, which is space-efficient. When it's off or not needed, it fits nicely in a drawer, unlike most other heaters which have weird rounded shapes.
There is no thermostat on these. It has an on-off switch on the back, a tip-over switch on the bottom, and an LED on the side.
