Even for gaming, if you add 8GB of 3200Mhz RAM, the Intel UHD will be converted to Iris Xe which is ok for most light games.
WIFI6, and the available space for an additional 2.5'' HDD is a plus. Plan on adding a 2TB Samsung 2TB HDD for data storage.
Plus a USB-C port is just icing on the cake.

My vote would still be for a latitude refurb. however, if you are not going to be taking this to travel a lot, mostly home use, this is indeed a good system.
