Speaking only about the styling, these don't scream golf shoes to me and no different than wearing basketball or running shoes around. Structurally, I'm not sure as I'm not a golfer, but imagine you could tailor them to your liking with insoles.

They're comfortable enough to become a walking shoe, but they won't offer the best grip for hard surfaces. They're spikeless shoes but they have soft cleats at the bottom, made for better grip on grass.

As for golf, they're very comfortable and offer good grip on grass on non-rainy days. I would only wear spike golf shoes when grass is wet though.

Stiff sole and harder bottom, they won't flex like a normal running shoe.
