Lots of various grilling stuff on clearance. YMMV. See attached photos.
Links are (mostly) for REFERENCE only. I'm not going to post Brickseek links because they aren't accurate for Lowe's anymore. There were more deals, but these were the best ones I saw at my store. YMMV, but in my experience Lowe's clearance constantly has great deals.
Blackstone Wood Cutting Board $11.22 [lowes.com]
Master Forge 23" Charcoal Grill $24.47 [lowes.com]
Genesis 300 Series Grates $36.52 [lowes.com]
Weber iGrill Thermometer $27.52 [lowes.com]
Ecogreen Lighter Fluid $2.02 [lowes.com]
Pit Boss Pro 3-Pack Stainless Steel Tool Set $12.52 [lowes.com]
(This one is available for pick up at my store, YMMV)
Scipto Ez Squeeze Flex Lighter $1.72 [lowes.com]
(This one is available for pick up at my store, YMMV)
Weber Q 1200 $155.37 (40% off) [lowes.com]
Weber Crafted Cooking Grate $27.52 [lowes.com]
(This one is available for pick up at my store, YMMV)
EDIT: Adding a few more items. Thanks to mgreen2 for pointing out the Weber LED Handle Light. That's a steal at $10. Also worth mentioning, make sure you check hangers in the assembled grill section. I found the weber iGrill and the LED lights there.
Weber LED Handle Light $10.02 [lowes.com]
(This one is available for pick up at my store, YMMV)
Char-Broil Propane or Natural Gas Hose $6.22 [lowes.com]
(This one is available for pick up at my store, YMMV)
Char-Broil Natural Gas Conversion Kit $17.52 [lowes.com]
2 Pack Char-Broil Silicone Grill Cooking Bags $4.92 [lowes.com] (this seems dicey, won't silicone melt at the high temps on a grill?)
Good Luck!

Mine had a few grills marked down but not much. I did score a couple LoCo aluminum scoops for like $3 each instead of the $20 they normally get.
I think it definitely depends on your location. I've always lived in the Northeast and have scored some really great deals over the years. When it gets cold they tend to mark everything down. I moved south last year and it's still in the high 70s here, so they have everything on display like they do in summer.
There's one at the lowes in Euless Texas, just came from there getting other stuff

Last week I saw one type of pellets marked down, $10 for 20 lbs. but that was it.
I hardly ever find clearance Weber at my stores any longer. But a couple years ago I did find stainless grates and flavorizer bars for my old Silver C at 75% off. That was pretty sweet.
