Contact MA customer service (phone support not available on weekend, but email is available). They are responsive and fixed a couple amazon prime movies in the past for me that did not initially transfer over.

You probably have to disconnect and reconnect your Amazon account from the MA app/website. I just got the email that they fixed it, but requested that I resync my Amazon account with the MA account.
If that doesn't work, then just contact MA by phone or their online message help support link.
