You also have no way of knowing if the used game actually comes with a case or not.

A lot of games are cheaper new this week. Used to be when new version of game went on sale at gamestop, the used prices would adjust too. This plus the ridiculous $79 minimum for free shipping and limited inventory in most stores makes it a hard to buy anything from gamestop now, especially used.

For the first time in a long time, new titles didn't get their prices jacked up.

I managed to get a few copies of some newer games. Splatoon 3 was $60 a couple weeks ago used, then dropped to $50 last week, and didn't go back up.

I miss when 2 years or so ago, they did buy 2 get 1 free preowned and the prices were still less than new copies. I was able to pick up 3 first party Nintendo games for $50 all with cases.

yup no case and disc is not in good conditions half the time. the problem is they let members trade in game in any conditions

Happy to report I snagged some good old games for Nintendo Switch: TMNT:Cowabunga Collection, LoZ:Skyward Sword and Bravely Default II. They all had the original cases but I assume its just luck the store I visited had them

Do Not deal with GameStop, they have the worst customer service if you have an issue or want to return
