No. This game has been out a long time and had nothing to do with Castlevania originally. This is just the game plus all the DLCs including a new one with some Castlevania content.

Also, have you seen the Netflix Castlevania show? If so, you could check out the game screenshots / video reviews to see if it is modeled after the show. (I'm pretty sure it isn't, but it's good to check yourself.)
