I found that if i changed CC that is preloaded on site, it will take coupon off.
What i did was Clip 25%.
Add to cart via 1 time purchase. In cart you will see 15% near price. Clip that.
Go back to product page. And hit subscribe &save.
you will see both coupons and your Subscribe &save %
