If you are a current customer (including anyone who canceled in the past 30 days), then you can modify your email address to appear as a new customer and your email will still go to your account as usual.
Gmail trick: If you use gmail you don't need to create a new email - just add a full stop anywhere in your username and Hulu treats it as a new email, but it's the same email for Gmail.
Example: [email protected] = [email protected] = [email protected]
Other emails: you may be able to add a + to your email.
Example: [email protected] = [email protected]
Of course, test it out with the . or + before you sign up!

There's no extra savings for adding on Max - it only adds value to me because the charge will show up as Hulu not Max, making it eligible for the Amex Platinum streaming credit (they won't reimburse a Max charge). I would keep your current bundle if you can,.
I think that's what you're saying. I'm also doing it for Amex Platinum credits but don't want to be stuck with ads on Max. (Don't care about Hulu) Thanks.

Checking on reddit now, it has been noticed. Might be a change or maybe they always had it but it was much less frequent than shows.

edit: FWIW I tried a pc browser and it worked first try. May be worth trying that for those that can't get it to work
