Seems like a good price for what you get. I've had my share of porch pirates until I bought a box in '21 (similar to this but with less features). These things anchor down internally with lag bolts, so be prepared to drill into wood or concrete to secure.
During checkout for purchases, I use "line 2" of the address field to include something like "Please place in lockbox."
Some delivery drivers either don't care, or aren't bright enough to understand the purpose. My latest issue is an Amazon guy placing the delivery in the box while leaving the lid wide open. Overall success rate of correct usage is probably 75%, with FedEx being the worst (they usually don't even bother - just toss the package on the ground next to my box.)
The good news is that I haven't had a porch pirate incident since I installed the box, with packages arriving daily or every other day. I still get the occasional homeless individuals snooping around at 3am, but coming up empty.
