Free offline GPS maps with tons of trails and waypoints. Haven't used Alltrails for years since I started using that.

The key point of an app like this is to download maps and use them offline which is not available under Gaia free membership. You need premium subscription to do that.

Does not work for existing accounts. Thanks though this is a good deal if you like AllTrails.
I have used it for a few years now and have never let me off.
You can download all the different topo maps are great for offline hiking or areas that don't have any connections.

AllTrails is great for discovery but not great for navigation. AllTrails+ mostly provides downloadable maps for navigation — and that's where the app often fails . The app has serious reliability problems without signal, even when maps are downloaded. I don't trust the app at all when I'm in the wilderness

If you're looking for ways to discover trails and do casual hikes with cell service , just use the free version


I've paid for AllTrails+ in the past but won't continue because of all the times it failed me

I've been using this App for 2 years and like it a lot. But I'll let mine expires on November 30, and resubscribe only when a deal like this comes along later.

This is an essential app for me. Hiking is so much more fun and stress free with All Trails. My favorite feature is when it tells me I have gone off the trail and the downloaded maps came in clutch many times. I honestly started hiking more because of the app.

I tried it on the trial basis when hiking last October near Ukiah California. It worked great, easy to use and kept me on trail without a cell signal. I grabbed this deal today. I downloaded a few of the other hiking apps but didn't find any that matched AllTrails in content and detail.
