That's the problem with these Dysons. They make dozens of different models and they don't make it easy to determine the differences.

We have a Dyson and the battery life on the cordless one is terrible, replaced the battery with one on Amazon now it's on its last leg, dying every 30 seconds so hesitate purchasing another Dyson
Not saying it's the case for you but mine was acting the same and I also got a new battery that also didn't help. Took the whole thing apart and did a deep deep clean and it turned out wasn't the batteries. Had hidden hair wrapped in the roller and a coating of caked dust in the head cavities that was bogging it down.

This is the lowest price I have ever seen in the past few years for a brand new Dyson cordless vacuum from a major retailer. I appreciate that the price of $225 is straightforward, without the need to deal with Target gift cards or Kohl's cash. Additionally, I have a 30-day window to return it to a Walmart store if I am not satisfied with the item. Purchasing directly from Dyson would make returns more cumbersome. The V8 is already a very reliable product and should be sufficient for daily use. Any model beyond the V8 would be considered overkill.

I bought this from target when it was on sale a month ago for $275 and I used the vac few times. I hate to return after using it. Does anybody know if Target price match after the purchase ?
Or may be buy the Walmart version and return the unused vac to Target ?

( I am still with in 90 days return window). Or other option I was thinking is to buy the Walmart one and just swap the main unused unit from Walmart and return at Target ?

Kohls has V11 for 350$ and return ~88$ as Kohls cash. Is it worth to buy V11 at Kohls or V8 from Walmart for 225$? Please advise.

The Dyson V11 is better overall than the Dyson V8. It offers superior performance on most surface types thanks to its more powerful suction motor, has a higher-capacity battery, and features a larger dustbin, not to mention an automatic power adjustment system. That said, the V8 is lighter.
