Amazon [amazon.com] has PetSafe Seaside Stainless Cat & Dog Fountain for $25.77. Shipping is free with Prime or with $25 or $35 minimum (varies by location).

Also available from Chewy [chewy.com] for the same price.

I own this water fountain and it works great. The filters are cheap (about $1-2 each for the charcoal filter, $2-3 each for the foam filters) and you can get generic filters even cheaper. All the parts are dishwasher safe except the actual pump. This looks like potentially the lowest price of all time for this fountain.

Having spent thousands of dollars to save the life of a cat who nearly did so, I feel the need to butt in here. Cats, male ones especially, can be prone to urinary track blockages caused by kidney stones, which absolutely can be fatal. One of the main recommendations my vet gave me after that happened was to buy a water fountain, as cats tend to prefer running water so it encourages them to drink more, diluting the urine so the stones tend to be smaller and less likely to cause blockages.

Its definitely not something that will happen to most cats, but in my opinion even the risk is well worth the $30 to buy a fountain to prevent it.
Well lookee here we got ourselves a fancy boy who changes their water bowl every day. La dee da. Meanwhile, back to licking its own butthole...

(my cat will only drink out of a running faucet so this is pretty sweet)
The entire point of bowls like this is that the running water prevents still water bacterial growth from forming as quickly, and the charcoal filter and pump continuously cleans the water.
Yes, you still need to clean it regularly, but I have a larger dish like this for my dog and cat and the dog tends to actually drink most of the water, so I usually just top it off daily with fresh water and then once a week or so I'll disconnect the pump, and run the stainless steel through the dishwasher and rinse the charcoal filter. But doing so daily would defeat the point of a dish like this.

False. Wash it daily. Filter doesn't stop bacteria growth.
You're twisting my words. I never said a filter *stops* bacterial growth.

Ask your vet (as I did) and listen to their advice. Don't take advice from strangers on the Internet.
