They have incredible sound quality. Not just for this price, but I'd argue they're top 5 up there with focal bathys and similar cans. Definitely recommend them for music. The connectivity issues when used with 1 device really aren't a big deal.
Skip them if you're primarily after noise cancellation, transparency and advanced connectivity. Bose, Sony and Apple all do it slightly better.

I love these, using them for a year now.

It may just be my affinity for open-backs, but I found the sound stage of these to be minuscule. I agree they're quite accurate and some of the best Bluetooth headphones I've heard thus far (at this price point; I wouldn't pay msrp) but musically I just haven't had much fun with them. That said, these are incredible for podcasts, which is what I almost exclusively use them for. When wired I found them to be outclassed by my Philips Fidelio X2HR which is a testament to how great those cans are for the price, but may also just show my bias for open backs.
If I had to pick between these and a pair of AirPods Max at MSRP, I do think I would pick these. The Maxes have a more heavily sculpted sound and most may like them more, but these sound significantly more accurate than any other ANC BT headphone I've heard. The ANC in these is outclassed by most other brands, but still works well enough for my needs.

Definitely smaller soundstage, agree there. But it's some of the most well rounded bass I've heard in a BT pair. I A/B tested these with Airpod Max side by side. The Max feel totally different, and honestly it's hard to say which is better. Max wins hands down in ANC, but it lacked the low-mids and lows that the Momentum 4 was able to produce.
Also, 60 hour battery life on these is really wonderful. The Max I found to lose about 10-15% daily even when not in use, as there's no way to power them off.
So I've snagged the bose ultra & xm5 this month in my quest for a good set of anc headphones for the plane, but reading that these are the best in terms of sound quality for music. Not quite sure which direction to go...

Have you been able to compare them with a pair of Px8's or Px7 S2's by any chance?

I've had the OG Momentum Wireless, and the quality of the sub-bass was astounding.
B&W or the Momentum will produce more of a wow effect for those looking mainly for high-quality Bluetooth sound quality. I haven't compared them to provide more feedback.

No, unfortunately not. Only other high end pairs I have listened to are Focal Bathys and B&O H95. Both had crystal clear, almost sibilant, highs and better sound stage, but I still found Momentums to perform better on the low end.
If I won a lottery and decided to collect headphones for fun, the Bathys would be my first purchase.
