True dat. Limited number of mini games doesn't help. TBH I'm just glad this exists…Nintendo is at least willing to try relatively new and different things. They're not always successful but I fear that western publishers just don't even want to bother anymore given the expense of game development

Even Nintendo had pretty much zero faith in this game, they didn't even put the trailer in the big Nintendo Direct before release, instead opting to just quietly release a trailer the day before. That trailer was one of the worst I've ever seen, and will be something game historians talk about in 20 years.

Someone asked what is wrong with it? It's not a terrible game by any means, its just very incomplete, and not very marketable since it requires a large number of people to make interesting.

Borrowed this from my local library to play with my kid. We loved the original 1-2 Switch, it had plenty of games, and used the Joycons in an interesting way. We still play it from time to time.

Everybody 1-2 Switch was just garbage, and my kid lost all interest after 1 play of it. A lot of the games just suck. Many don't even feel like games at all. But there are a couple of gems in there. Joy-con Hide and Seek was unique. Color shoot was fun. Auction was okay. but that's like... 3 games. Do we really need to pay $10 to play Bingo? or take a crappy trivia game?

Just watch this and decide if they look fun to you or not.
