That is likely to be a delivery service company issue more than Gap I think. I often have UPS packages come a day or two late because the UPS employee probably didn't have enough time to finish all the deliveries. They didn't want to report that because it makes them look bad, so they hold onto it and delivery it whenever they are not overloaded. But if you never receive it, could just mean your delivery person is stealing them. Or someone else is a package thief.
