I have both on 2 different cards and will make some prepayment to Tmobile before end of Dec to take advantage of both ($300 one one and $400 one the other for $70 off $700) !

Yea I am not sure if this works for all. For me, TMobile, i can prepay and I do not see a discount or a fee for doing so with my credit card so not sure.

Yes, you can pay the bill amount or change it to make a payment of your choice amount. I've done this before for several years and have made about $800 in the past to take advantage of these offers.

I must be on an old plan where I do not get any autopay discount so YMMV.
I did pay the $400 and see the $40 kick in and plan on using it again with another card to make $300 for another 10% off.
