It's this a good price? What is the difference between both editions? How many hours is this game?

Get the special edition. Basically legendary is 32 bit and is no longer supported. According to IsThereAnyDeal, all-time-low price for SE is $7.99, so you're pennies off of that. It was at that price on Steam directly from 10/13 to 10/20, so you can count on it being that low again soon™ if you would rather buy directly.

According to HowLongToBeat, it takes about 26 hours for the main story and 208 hours for completion. My dad has spent far longer than that across multiple playthroughs, but overall it's a worth this price.
