The permit and getting an engineered drawings for this make this not a deal in Florida. I review these all the time and it kills so many of them to not have the engineering because of the price

9x6 too small to give adequate sun protection, wind protection or rain protection. oh well, it's wood. If only Canada and the USA had wood available it wouldnt be so pricey.
