I'm getting this message. Anyone know a workaround?

Edit: I had to add The Sims 4 to my Steam library. I own it in EA, but apparently you need it on Steam as well to buy the DLC.

I can't seem to find this on ea.com? Is it free only on stream? Wonder if I can somehow get this and apply it on my ea library?

I had to go to the EA web page to find it and then when I went to check out it wanted credit card info even though price was 0.00.

Can you share the URL please? I tried to find it yesterday and gave up. Was there only able to find it being mentioned but not the actual product page where I could acquire it.
