We have the Shark NV356E which we've been using for over a year now with no problems (the N352 model wasn't available at the time we bought ours for some reason) .. one important note though if you have "high pile" or even thick rug type carpets the vacuum cleaner needs to be set at the "medium" suction setting which means the roller type thing on the bottom will not roll
(well technically you can put it to the highest possible setting and make the rolling thing roll and grab additional stuff off the floor but you'll have to push it really hard through those thicker carpets)
.. my wife hates this since it means it's not picking up all the hair that it could in her opinion (my daughter has lustrous long hair that she's very proud of
