Seems like a great deal, not sure why it's not getting more love.

This will be my first battery powered trimmer and blower, for a small house too.

Will I be underwhelmed?

It was saying store only for me as well this morning near opening time. But I could add both to cart individually for regular price. So I think it was just to get people to come in to get the deal rather than actual availability.

So I came back to check, and now that it's late evening BF, I'm able to add to cart for delivery.

Edit1: Also, I don't see it mentioned anywhere, but according to the product videos on the page for the combo, this trimmer has the Expand-It attachment functionality.

Ediit2: Had to pay shipping also, with tax came to $222.55. Been wanting a good 40v combo since I already have the chainsaw w/battery.

Probably not. I have a 40v trimmer for 2/3 acre. It's adequate but you need 2 batteries. You do have to regularly edge though.

I was considering this but it takes a few tanks a week in my gas blower during heavy leaf season. I have no doubt the blower would be great for a typical driveway and deck or a smaller yard. But in my use case I would probably need 4 batteries 1 month of the year.

i bought green works 730cfm and trimmer totaling $309, is it worth returning those and bought this and save $100? i wonder there is much difference between 600 vs 730cfm

Mainly need a trimmer. Already have Kobalt 80v mower and that system… trying to decide between this or Ego $229. This ones carbon fiber which sounds good for the lightweight feature. Kobalt has an 80v trimmer tool only for $170 with no battery. Or a combo for like !269. Crazy. Thoughts ?
