you can argue about digital games and updates and servers but movies? they are as good as the day you bought them.
you don't need to worry about the company going under or some licensing fiasco or servers being wiped. physical media will outlive you, the company, and will continue to be worth something as it exists in the physical world.

Is it better than BD, yes. Is it reference no.
Only #2 got a decent transfer and none got an AQ upgrade.
BD is not bad and if you have a good player that upscales well might not be worth it.
