The extra connection will marginally increase the impedance and thus voltage drop at higher currents. If you require the full load capacity, you are better off with a single 100'.

Good deal! Usually 25 and 100 feet goes on sale not the 50 feet. Best length to have. 25 too short and 100 too long for most tasks.
