Just a heads up, these things mostly just kill moths, and other bugs/beatles. Mosquitoes aren't attracted to UV light, so this will be ineffective against them.

Crazy good price. Almost worth it for just the included UV bulb and other parts like the starter that tend to burn out over time. I already have 2 for several years and purchased 2 more here at the ridiculous price.

They don't seem to care about light either. Also note that this is for outdoor use only. Try not to stare at the UV light directly.

Furthermore, you'll actually be killing alot of insects that eat mosquitoes, meaning you'll have more mosquitoes, not less. Unless you use the attractant stuff ofc.

I bought one. It came with a mosquito attractant powder. I didn't really use it yet to know how effective it is though

From what I can find, it might, but not well, for the same reason it doesn't work well against mosquitoes. Both are drawn to CO² and not specifically UV light, so while it MAY kill them, it will mostly be just by them randomly coming into contact with it.

This persons statement right here is WHY you do your own research. All this person did was insure the deal was passed up by those that needed to get rid of mosquitos. In fact its sold out via Amazon and only available via Walmart

The unit comes with lure with mosquitos.
