Pretty small screen to browse the internet and play games on, but for 5? That's a steal. Maybe I can give one to each family member this year. How's the phone service on these?

I was just about to post this smokin deal. Last week I purchased a pair of the three handset version, at $134, now the 5 handset model is $116 😡😡😡. Some adjustments (return/reorder) will be made!

The user manual has pages of features I don't want and says nothing about if it can do what my current house phone does... instead of ringing or beeping when a call comes in, it plays music.

The only reason I need to replace is because the numbers have rubbed off the buttons.

Does this phone have good buttons? Good voice clearity? Play nice music rather than ring?

But they are fully backlit and larger then the 12 year old Panasonic set this is replacing. The call quality is definitely improved over my old set. That is the main reason I replaced my set, it was breaking up out of the blue and just hard to hear some callers. The second set I ordered is for the in-laws because of illegible buttons on their current Panasonic system.

But regarding ring tones and music, yes, this will play a bunch of different tunes for incoming calls. I just went through the settings on mine to find the answer to your question, honestly I had no idea it could do that until now.
