The one at BestBuy is the older "ProtectiveClean 4100" model.
Here is a 6-minute video comparing the newer "4100 Power" model and the older "ProtectiveClean 4100" model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxOrfeR
Here is a written comparison: https://www.electrictee
Both models are excellent, and the reviewer above prefers the newer "4100 Power" model. I prefer the older ProtectiveClean version.
Looks like the main differences are:
1) the new model has fewer brush movements per minute (only 31,000 vs 62,000).
2) the new model is slimmer and lighter (3.4 oz vs 4.6 oz)
3) the new model has high & low speed, while the old model has one speed (high).
4) the new model requires a standard USB-plug adapter that is not included, while the old model includes a plug.
5) the new model appears to have more color options
The old model advertises "Our easy-start program gives you the option of a gradual, gentle increase in brushing power the first 14 times you use your new toothbrush." So it might seem under-powered at first. The new model might have the same feature.

Good catch! Will fix the post (although I do not see what is different about them!)

Plenty of knockoff brush heads for cheap on Amazon.

Your link goes to Amazon not Target.
The Amazon version says 7x plaque removal, Target 5x..
I came from a 'Professional' version from a warehouse 2 pack that lasted 6ish years with diligent care. Water leaked and it no longer works. I don't notice any real difference other than electric is better than manual. I just turn it to high and call it a day. Plus both of these 4100 versions is much slimmer and lighter than the older one I had.
I get the extra soft brushes from Philips as well, a 3 pack is about $30.
Some people might think that's expensive but considering each head lasts about 3 months I don't think that's too bad.
