If you want to go with the non-pro, I've seen those as cheap as ~$45-60. I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it.

You can adjust the motion sensitivity and alert thresholds and set zones where you don't want to get alerts from.
You can also enable smart detection with a subscription to better identify things that matter, but there will be a slight delay before the lights turn on while the camera confirms it's something you care about.

Yes, I know I can always go and 'playback' - and I do - but the loss of the 12 second review makes a fundamental usability issue.
