If you trust just the model number it seems the same. But the woot listing only mentions the single 2-in-1 attachment (which seems like a gimmick to provide some dry vacuum cleaner dust collection) and not the additional 3" Tough Stain Tool that's mentioned included at Bestbuy. Costco one has tough stain tool plus the stairs tool. Dang Bissell makes it complicated.

Agree that they are different models however You can read the difference between the two models. Value wise, Model from Sam's at $140 is more and better than this one from Costco. The OP shows this from Woot at 180 but it seems some attachments maybe missing or not included in the Woot! Comparing it even with price at Woot, Sam's model is better in value given you're hardly missing out on anything essential
